Responsibilities;
This position is responsible for the development of garden construction and maintenance team representing the core values of Yasemin Ziraat. Garden Project Engineer; In addition to his role as project manager, he should educate, motivate and direct his staff in the region. This individual is responsible for setting company goals and implementing strategies to achieve expected growth results.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Design and implement plans to achieve performance goals
Provide new channels and end-user partnerships
Building effective customer relationships both outside and across the organization
implement the current projects and create new leads and increased sales.
Building and linking with key accounts of contractors and distributors
Participate in industry function and important approvals.
Train, guide and motivate the team
Interact with in-house personnel to maximize company performance for customers and sales staff
Communicate business, market and competition conditions to management and corporate personnel
Daily monitoring and management of (orders, shipments, stock, etc.)
Business Capabilities:
This position should have the following knowledge / skills:
Strong Business Intelligence (Engineering , finance, operations, etc.)
Self-motivated / self-concentrated
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English or Arabic , Turkish is a must

Degree in Engineering architect or civil, garden designs degree is preferred)
Preferred Experience:
3-5 years Garden designs and projects management
Physical requirements:
This job require travel to various facilities in the city and will use more than 50% of the time for travel
